When our inspector arrived at this home he quickly noticed that issue was not only water intrusion in the crawlspace, mold had also grown in the crawlspace as well. Solution
The solution is to keep the crawlspace at a constant relative humidity of under 50%. We do that by Drying out your crawlspace and encapsulating it, then we install a dehumidifier that takes out any moisture and cleans your air. This makes mold unable to grow and spread under the home and gives you cleaner air to breath inside of your home.
