Can't say enough about the installation team. They were neat and on time, met all time estimates and left our home in excellent condition. It was a very satisfying experience.
I also providing a rating today on Angie's List that gave an overall score of a B which is still good and fits with my satisfaction and willingness to do business with John's again should the need arise.
The crew set out a roll of white tape for me,but then picked it up when they cleaned up. So I did not get a roll of tape for future repairs. Could some one bring out a roll of tape or mail it to me.
Showed up on Time, was very thorough. Explained what they were doing each day. Were Friendly but did not intrude on my everyday life. Answered questions Were clean and cleaned up afterwards
Wish you had your own toilet/port a potty. Didn't like the guy mess that I had to clean after use, toilet seat up...
Manuel is one hell of a hard worker!
Other vendors came in trying to sell other products. Your team realized problem and what it would take to remedy the situation. We would recommend John's Waterproofing and if needed, would use your services again.
I feel I got a good job done at the best possible price by a local company. Everything met my expectations, however only winter rains will prove the effectiveness of job. For now I am satisfied. Hopefully winter rains will be a problem no more.
Between Larry our first contact and the installation crew we are very impressed. We are of course very paranoid about the success of the installation will actually work, time will ease the fear.
I believe your guys have my yellow drop cord light. I loaned it to them; they used it in the crawlspace and I haven't seen it since then. Can I get it back? :)
Quite honestly other than the new materials on my walls, after they were done, you would have never known they were there. Thank you to you all!
Not sure why survey is sent when work is not completed. My phone conversation to Lenny Hunt while contractors on site indicated he was not aware either that work would not be completed as scheduled (dehumidifier not installed.) Did not answer Yes to "sum up" questions since work is incomplete
Overall satisfied. Lenny and Crew were very considerate, informative and flexible with ongoing changes. They worked fast and left the site respectfully pretty tidy. Not very impressed with concrete finishing work, which was left not level uneven in areas. The office staff was not very clear about waiting times.

We will definately refer others. Alot of our neighbors have problems with water in their basements.

Very impressed with the work done in one day. My only complaint is that the gutter at the bottom of the basement steps is an inch away from the riser.
