Can't say enough about the installation team. They were neat and on time, met all time estimates and left our home in excellent condition. It was a very satisfying experience.

Was responsive but just gave off a vibe to me that was a little off, and at times came across as a little flippant; but ultimately did his job and I have no complaints about his ability to set up the job effectively. Additionally the salesman did not specify a discount for signing up at the initial consultation, I found out about this later one when I was seeking a discount following a proposal price adjustment.
These guys were all pleasant and were very efficient; the only complaint was one of them had shrimp for lunch and we found many discarded shrimp tails in the garden bed and entrance to our garage - this brought a lot of ants and we had to clean up after them.
I was quite impressed with the state the crew left things in, it was cleaner than I had anticipated.
Quite frankly, there are not a lot of companies out there doing what you do, and I did not consult anyone else for a quote. I had found Basement Systems products online and was intrigued about it as a solution to my problem, when I found out John's is an installer that increased my confidence that you knew what you were doing and it didn't pay to try to find other companies when that was difficult to begin with.
