Im in the process of purchasing this home. The home inspector indicated the crawl space vapor barrier did not cover all dirt, some insulation is hanging and some debris in space. Looking at an estimated cost to clean it up. They did not see any water or mold. What would this type of project cost.

I wish I had gone with John's Waterproofing in the first place, the old saying live and learn. It took less time for John's Waterproofing to do a more through, complete job, than the previous company. Dennis gave me a better understanding of my situation under my house. The workmen found a main water line leak and called a plummer for me. Thank you for the expert service.

The sump pump area in the basement is now a beautiful, clean and safe site instead of a dangerous, ugly, smelly hole. LOVE the work they do.
