Solution
Our crews went out to the home and installed WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. WaterGuard is a piping system designed to solve basement water issues effectively without clogging from soil under the floor. It intercepts waster at the perimeter of the basement and drains it unseen safely away into the sump pump. Since it doesn't sit in the dirt and it won't clog, this is a permanent solution for a dry basement. WaterGuard has a special wall flange that creates space between the floor and wall which allows wall seepage to drain while keeping dirt and debris out. And it works with all types of foundations. Now that the homeowner has a permanently dry basement, selling his home will prove to be much easier.
