Home inspector called due to water being found in crawlspace
This is a basement that had a sump pump that was not working properly, allowing water to get into the basement. Our crew was able to go out and install a WaterGuard XL drain system along with a TripleSafe sump pump. Keeping this basement dry and clean for a very long time.
The homeowner was having an inspection done. The inspector suggested they get their crawlspace sealed due to the fiberglass insulation falling to bits.

We had a customer in Sherwood, Oregon with concerns about standing water and rotting posts in their crawlspace. As you can see, our company gladly went out there and took care of this for her.
