This basement was used to store important items to a business. They didn’t know that it would all be destroyed by a water leak costing them tons of money. We came in and installed drain matting to channel the water, SilverGlo wall which acts as a vapor barrier and insulator, a perimeter drains to collect the water and a sump pump to collect the water and discharge it out of the basement and a usable storage space. 

Standing water from a small spring that ran thru this crawlspace was causing quite the problem. What vapor barrier that was in place was pushed off to the side and mud was getting everywhere. We installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation system with a Super Sump pump that will pump water from the spring out to the new piping we laid to a safe spot far from the house. The homeowner now doesn't have to worry about standing water again in his crawlspace. 

The homeowner was having an inspection done. The inspector suggested they get their crawlspace sealed due to the fiberglass insulation falling to bits. 

This dingy basement was an eyesore so it was used for nothing but storage before out crews came. They installed a drainage system as well as a wall system so now they have a beautifully finished space. 

The representative of the Ainsworth United Church of Christ called with concerns of their foundation leaking. As it is a church, and many people come here, they were concerned with the safety of and health of families and friends coming to congregate here. We installed the SuperSump Pump and WaterGuard system to collect and discharge the water discreetly and safely. 

The customer wanted a solution to water puddling in the basement and to finish the walls. Giving the family reassurance that the basement would be livable and dry, we installed the UltraSump Pump and the WaterGuard System. To give the walls a finished look, we used the Everlast Wall panels. 

The customer called with concerns of water coming into her basement from the frame of the window. Since it was the low point, the water continued to collect at the window base. So we dug a hole for a culvert and installed a sump pump to help discharge the water away from the basement. 

So many times we meet and talk to realtors and homeowners that are just looking to quickly get their house sold and need their house to pass code. This is a great example of a replacement vapor barrier ready for home sale. 

An old french drain couldn't keep up with all the rainfall and was flooding their crawlspace. Our inspector went out and recommended a Crawlspace Encapsulation We installed a TripleSafe Sump pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with the CleanSpace. They never have to worry about water again.   

The customer saw an ad in the newspaper and had prior concerns for crawl space. 

Paraseal is installed on the exterior walls of the new basement before it is back-filled in order to prevent any water intrusion in the future.

This crawlspace had several cracks in the cement foundation as well as water issues. Our crews came in and sealed the foundation cracks, installed a sump pump and a new vapor barrier. 

This Basement was used for storage and all of the home owner’s belongings were getting wet! We came in and installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard, CleanSpace Walls, and a SuperSump Sump pump to keep this basement and the things stored in it dry for years to come!

The customer lives along the coastline, so being in a moist climate did their crawlspace more harm than good. Along with no one being down there for quite some time, it ended up being in shambles. So Pedro and his crew cleaned it out and installed a 6 mil Vapor Barrier to help protect the home from water intrusion.
