This crawl space was transformed form a wet, dingy space to a dry, clean space.

This Crawlspace was encapsulated with CleanSpace along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona to keep this crawl space clean, dry and healthy for years to come. 

Our home owners knew they had some water under their house when they called our office, but they had no idea the extent of their water issue. When our inspector Bob went through his inspection and showed them the photos they were shocked to see close to 4" of water hiding under the black visqueen. The thin black plastic had floated on top effectively hiding the severity of the problem. 

This homeowner had a beautiful finished basement but this last year the wall was softening and has a strange dark area. When our team came out to inspect they discovered that this was due to a large concentration of wet soil behind the basement wall on the exterior. Over time water began to work its way through the concrete wall and now the family risked damage to the finished walls of their home. Our team came in and placed not only a drain system to collect this water but also installed our patented Bright Wall panels to ensure the walls of the basement remained strong for the life of the house. 

This huge basement had always been an eye sore and the damp and sporadically leaking walls left the family not wanting to use the space. After installing our Waterguard system and Bright Wall panels, the space had a far more polished look and was a space the family would use. 

When we went into this job they already had some rigid form insulation in their crawlspace. Our team went in and completed the insulation and then did a complete encapsulation system to finish the space. 

By us installing a Waterguard drain system, a Supersump Sump Pump and a Thermal Dry Wall System in this damp basement will keep it dry for years to come. 

This crawlspace was a nightmare. Between the water and falling insulation, the entire space was cold and sending drafty air up through the floor boards constantly. Our team came and removed all of the debris and installed our patented clean space along with Silverglo wall insulation. Since then the homeowners have experienced greater heating and cooling efficiency and no more cold spots.
