As you can see in the photos, encapsulating your crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier protects the structure of your home from mold and dampness.
This Before & After is of a Super Sump pump in this customer's wet basement. The Super Sump pumps the water out of the basement with it's tp-rated 1/3 Zoeller cast iron pump. Offering reliability and high-volume pumping, keeping it nice and dry.
This crawl space had some post issues, debris, and moisture. Our team was able to go and do a full encapsulation with our CleanSpace that is a woven anti-microbial material. Now, this crawl space has posts that are protected and there are no more moisture issues which results in cleaner air going into the customer's home.
Here is a crawl space that we were able to in and do a full encapsulation on. After we did some repair to the support posts they also get encapsulated, ensuring the space stays safe and clean and airtight.
Our customer had a crawl space the needed a new vapor barrier and some support posts that were exposed and not protected for potential water issues. Our crews went in and did the repairs to the posts and did a full encapsulation of the crawl space using the antimicrobial CleanSpace material. Also encapsulating the posts, eliminating any damage from water and ensuring the health of the crawl space for many years.
Here, we had a customer call in who was having some issues with their sump pump not working properly. We were able to go out there and replace their sump pump with an efficient TripleSafe sump pump and then installed WaterGuard XL drainage system and BrightWall Paneling. The TripleSafe sump pump alone is a three-pump system that adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements.
This is a basement that had a sump pump that was not working properly, allowing water to get into the basement. Our crew was able to go out and install a WaterGuard XL drain system along with a TripleSafe sump pump. Keeping this basement dry and clean for a very long time.
This customer called because water was intruding into their basement and causing water damage to their floor and wall. We installed our patented WaterGaurd system along with our Super Sump pump that pumps 2,650 gallons/hour smoothly and quietly.

Customer called for water coming through their concrete walls and the crawlspace needs vapor barrier.
Water coming through the basement walls and crawlspace. Which is causing a very musty smell to travel into the rest of the home. So we encapsulated the crawl space and isolated the piers to prevent any caving in of the baseboards.
This crawlspace was full of water and dirty as well as rodents. Our team came in and cleaned the debris and completely finished the space leaving him with a dry, usable and healthy crawlspace.

This customer called with concerns about their crawlspace. Water had been leaking into the crawlspace and leaving puddles all over the vapor barrier. We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation system with a new Super Sump pump that will pump any water out of the space into a safe distance away from the home. Now they don't have to worry about sitting water under their home again.
When you have a crawl space that isn't encapsulated you lose a significant amount of heat. The air leaks out of the HVAC system and flows out of your vents. This customer decided to get a crawl space encapsulation and during the first winter, they noticed a 25% savings in their heating costs.
The customer had mold in his crawl space and water. Our crew went in and removed all the debris and mold from the crawl space. We installed a TripleSafe sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona so he never has to worry about water and mold again.
Our customer here in Silverton, Oregon who realized that there was an actual spring running underneath her home and shop. So much to the point where it was starting to push the floor. After her inspection, we sent Lupe and his crew out to get started on the work needed. After some necessary repairs, they fully encapsulated the crawl space, redirected the water away from her home, and replaced the insulation. As you can see in the pictures listed, encapsulating your crawl space makes a huge difference and our customer no longer worries about water damage.
As you can see in this before & after this crawl space had standing water and soggy insulation. Installed was a full encapsulation of the crawl space with our Clean Space material which is 20 mils thick and an antimicrobial woven fiber which will keep this crawl space dry for many years.

This homeowner called to tell us he wanted his crawlspace looked at because it is dirty. When he saw the photos of water in the crawlspace that our inspector showed him, he decided it was time to get it taken care of once and for all. Our team removed the water, the damaged vapor barrier, and the falling insulation. After getting the space clean we sealed the crawlspace with our patented Clean Space material and the home owner was amazed at the transformation.
This home looked amazing, but the crawlspace was a dark wet and unhealthy space. Our crews transformed the space into a beautiful and usable space.
This homeowner called to inform us that she peeked into her crawlspace access and she saw standing water and there was a "funky" smell. Jacob was quick to come out and provide a free inspection and confirmed for her that there was standing water throughout her crawlspace. He informed her that the smell as caused by bacteria in the standing water and the mold beginning to grow under the home.
Knowing that she had to get this taken care of quickly before it got worse, Nancy immediately scheduled to have Lupe and his team come out and handle the problem. The team dried out space, removed the mold, and installed a perimeter drain and sump pump to ensure she would not struggle with water issues again. We also placed a dehumidifier after we put up our patented CleanSpace crawlspace liner. We then finished the space with spray foam insulation to provide better heating and cooling year-round.
This new homeowner found out that an inspection had been done at their home and requested that we come complete the work now that they owned the home. Our team removed the fallen insulation, cleaned the debris, and encapsulated the air to make a beautiful space and provide cleaner air for their home and reduced heating and cooling bills.
