Below-Grade Gym is Waterproofed - Portland, OR

This gym had a section of the back of the building that was below-grade. Over the last few months, the owners noted that this section of the building was getting wet when heavy rains happened. They would need to waterproof this section of the gym to be able to keep it useable.
