Service Scheduler/Marketing Content Creator

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated individual to be a Service Scheduling as well as a Marketing Content Creator to join our award-winning team.

What you would do:

• Represent the company through telephone contact by calling previous customers to help them schedule their systems annual service
• Coordinate and ensure all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence regarding leads, annual maintenance, and sold jobs is accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure
• Meet or exceeds goals for annual maintenance appointments set and customers contacted
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling, and confirming appointments
• Provide customers with a remarkable experience on the phone
• Learn product knowledge for the services we provide and be able to articulate what we do through online content creation
• Provide consistency in content formatting
• Ability to select high quality photos and descriptions based on general understanding for projects in our CRM

What we need for this role:

• Regular, reliable, punctual on-site attendance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Previous computer and phone skills required
• Comfortable with being on the phone and on the computer for large portions of the day
• Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
