James Hitch came and performed an annual checkup on my two sump pumps. He is personable, knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. James noticed standing water in another area of my crawlspace. He was able to contact Daniel Mitchell, salesperson who worked with me in the past. An appointment was set up for tomorrow. I appreciate James' effort in helping me find a solution to the problem. Hoping to be able to request James for my future annual pumps checkup.
