This Crawlspace was covered with mud and water. The insulation was hanging down and the vapor barrier was torn in many areas. We Waterproofed the crawl space by installing Cleanspace, a Triplesafe sump pump, and a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier. We then insulated the crawlspace by installing Terrablock and spray foam insulation. Keeping this crawl space dry and healthy for years to come.

This homeowner saw us doing work on his neighbors home and knew his crawl space had water also. He saw our work and decided to give us a call. When our design specialist inspected his crawl space he found puddles of water in several places. Our crew did a crawl space encapsulation system. We installed drainage and sump pump and with our twenty mils thick vapor barrier. The homeowner was so pleased with how well his crawlspace looked and there was no more water issue. We also took out the old insulation and replaced it with our spray foam insulation. It gives better coverage and will keep his house better insulated that fiberglass insulation.

Basement Remodeling in Albany, OR

Waterproofing your basement prevents outside water from coming in but what if a pipe bursts or the water heater leaks inside the home. A newly waterproofed basement done by your average contractor will mold and rot if there is an internal leak. You'll have to tear out your new basement! We fix this issue.

Our Products Include :
  • Waterproof, washable, insulated walls
  • Mold-Resistant, No-Sag suspended ceiling
  • Modular carpet, tile & faux wood flooring

  • Energy-efficient, double-paned basement windows
  • Attractive Sunhouse basement window wells
  • French, bifold, louvre & six-paneled steel doors
Unlike the average Albany contractor we use completely inorganic, waterproof materials. Even if the basement floods your walls and floors will not be damaged by the water. These waterproof products are patented and are built to create an attractive basement that lasts a lifetime.

Job Stories From Albany, OR
Crawl Space Clean Up, Albany, OR

John and Tamra were getting ready to sell their house and knew there were moisture problems in their crawl space that they knew they needed to address first. So they called into John's Waterproofing and scheduled to have Sean come out to take a look. Sean found the source of moisture and found some mildew so suggested to have Delfino come out to do an encapsulation. They agreed and soon enough Delfino had the crawl space cleaned and dried out. He installed a new Super Sump and made sure that it was draining as far away from the structure as possible.

Shortly after John and Tamra were able to put their home up for sale, providing the new homeowners with a clean dry crawl space that will stay that way for a very long time.

Waterproofing in Albany, OR Basement

This homeowner was concerned about water coming into his basement through the cold joist. Our inspector, Bob confirmed the homeowner's suspicions and came up with a plan to waterproof Kyle's basement. Bob suggested installing Thermal Dry walls, our patented Waterguard perimeter drain and a Super Sump pump.

Ramon and his team immediately began to install our products to waterproof Kyle's basement. They first installed Thermal Dry walls that easily fit over stone or concrete walls. It is designed to reflect heat back into the basement to improve comfort and lower energy costs. The Thermal Dry walls work perfectly with the Waterguard perimeter drain by directing wall seepage into it. Our patented Waterguard system is jackhammered into the perimeter of the foundation to collect the wall seepage and channel it to the sump pump. In Kyle's basement, a Super Sump pump collects all collected water and pumps it out of the basement space. The Super Sump works quietly and efficiently and comes with a built-in alarm system for when water levels get too high.

Now that our systems are in place, Kyle no longer sees water entering into his basement and has a dry, healthy and usable new space.

Hello, I inspected my crawl space and noticed some moisture in locations on top of the vapor barrier. There are also locations where the vapor barrier is ripped to where you can see the gravel underneath. Under the vapor barrier there is some surface water in the gravel. The house is only 4 years old but I wanted to have an inspection done to determine potential needed maintenance. Thanks, Chris

Vicinity of NW Red Oak St. in Albany
We moved into our house a year ago (the house was built in 2013) and the inspector told us that there are some issues with the crawlspace (though I have not personally been down there because I don't like spiders). There are holes in the vapor barrier and piles of leftover building material. Could I get a price estimate on how much that would be to fix all of that? Thanks!!
