Basement Finishing & Remodeling in Aurora, OR

Waterproofing your basement prevents outside water from coming in but what if a pipe bursts or the water heater leaks inside the home. A newly finished basement done by your average contractor will mold and rot if there is an internal leak. You'll have to tear out your new basement! We fix this issue.

Our Products Include :
  • Waterproof, washable, insulated walls
  • Mold-Resistant, No-Sag suspended ceiling
  • Modular carpet, tile & faux wood flooring

  • Energy-efficient, double-paned basement windows
  • Attractive Sunhouse basement window wells
  • French, bifold, louvre & six-paneled steel doors
Unlike the average Aurora contractor we use completely inorganic, waterproof materials. Even if the basement floods your walls and floors will not be damaged by the water. These waterproof products are patented and are built to create an attractive finished basement that lasts a lifetime.

Job Stories From Aurora, OR
WaterGuard in Aurora, OR Combination Basement

This homeowner was worried about her older home getting damp, and wanted a way to permanently keep her combination basement dry. Our inspector Kevin suggested installing our patented Cleanspace and Water Guard systems, along with a Triple Safe Sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and spray foam insulation.

Delfino and his team quickly set out to make Carmen's combination basement waterproof and dry. For the crawlspace section of the combination, the crew first leveled out the dirt in order to maximise air quality and then installed our patented Cleanspace system. Our Cleanspace material is a barrier system with a 25-year warranty that keeps out all moisture and acts as insulation. This prevents unnecessary repairs, creating a healthier living space, and saving money on energy bills.

In the basement portion, our team installed our patented Water Guard system which is installed within the perimeter of the basement walls. It collects the water entering in from the walls and drains it to the Triple Safe sump pump which pumps the water out of the basement. The crew also installed out SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which eliminates all moisture in the air, stopping mold growth, musty odors, dust mites, and relieving asthma and allergies. It keeps the home below 55% Relative Humidity, making the space drier and healthier. Spray Foam Insulation was put in, creating an air-tight seal and lowering energy costs.

Once our systems were in place, Carmen no longer worries about a wet combination basement creating an unhealthy environment in her home.
