Sump Pumps Case Studies: Small Sump Pump Keeps Clogging in Basement - Forest Grove, OR
Challenge
This home had an old and small sump pump installed by previous owners. While the sump pump was still working, it would keep clogging and would need to be cleared often. The space also had water creeping up through parts of the foundation and would need to be cleaned up often. The homeowners were done with the constant upkeep that this demanded, so they called up John's Waterproofing for help.
Solution
To solve this issue we removed the old sump pump. We then installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the interior parameter. This directs all water to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. From here the water is safely sent out and away from the home. We then installed BrightWall panels along the wall to keep all water sent to the drain system.
