Silva Management is satisfied with the work done. The only complaint that we have is that both the estimator and the installation crew were over a half hour late and didn't even bother to call and let us know. We are a busy office and don't have time to wait around this may prevent us from using John's Waterproofing again. Thank you for the work done!

downside was being told by john jr that after several conversations i was assuered i did not need a sump pump, we ended up having to have the pump installed and then had to hire a electrician to have it wired because we needed to have battery backup also very frustrating and allot of extra money and very frustrating experience with having to get that done. the other issue was when i asked they stay off the patio and when they covered it in plastic and wheel borrowed over it dropping wet red mud on it well lets just say that was bad,after another call to office jake showed and up he and crew spent several hours scrubbing it in order to get iot back to original shape. would i recommend john's yes
what would i change: making sure the estimator know's whether or not a person needs a sump pump or not.

I would highly recommend that you send your production manager, Jake, for future initial inspections rather than your sales rep, unless you assign a sales rep who communicates knowledgeably, confidently & thoroughly about your system. I was very pleased that Jake followed up to explain the system to me the last day they were here.
At the beginning I requested pictures be taken and I provided a camera and that happened.There were no pictures taked at the finish, to my knowledge.I want that for my records.

A week after you guys finished we had that big rainstorm(early January). Our neighbors across the street had 3 inches in their basement. We were bone dry, and they haven't had nearly the water problem we had. Many times we were wet and they were dry. We've had water problems since we moved in here 12 years ago. I think we probably would have had 6 inches of water that day. I am very happy with your work and I have recommended you to my neighbors.
I had to invest a significant amount of money for this job and I was nervous about my decision. However, I am happy to say that I got my money's worth and that JW met all of my expectations.
I have now had experience with 3 companies. They were all good but John's is better.
Overall satisfied. Lenny and Crew were very considerate, informative and flexible with ongoing changes. They worked fast and left the site respectfully pretty tidy. Not very impressed with concrete finishing work, which was left not level uneven in areas. The office staff was not very clear about waiting times.
Overall, I was very impressed. Thank you so much for helping to make my home more healthy and comfortable.
Very impressed with the work done in one day. My only complaint is that the gutter at the bottom of the basement steps is an inch away from the riser.
