Unfortunately, the truck that delivered materials was wider than our driveway causeing the driveway curb to get broken in places and to start leaning in toward the driveway.
Crew was very courteous and knowledgeable.

There was only one thing that I found that I was unhappy with. Someone used a towel in our basement bathroom, I assume to wipe their hands. I found the towel hanging on the knob on the back of the door with a sticky black substance on it. I washed the towel and the substance came off leaving a couple small stains, but there is also a small amount of the substance on the wall where the towel hung next to the sink. I understand things happen when doing such work, but a small note would have been nice, rather than me finding it on my own. Overall everything was and is fantastic.
The installation was fantastic. I assume the results from the usage of this system will be just as great!
A week after you guys finished we had that big rainstorm(early January). Our neighbors across the street had 3 inches in their basement. We were bone dry, and they haven't had nearly the water problem we had. Many times we were wet and they were dry. We've had water problems since we moved in here 12 years ago. I think we probably would have had 6 inches of water that day. I am very happy with your work and I have recommended you to my neighbors.
I had to invest a significant amount of money for this job and I was nervous about my decision. However, I am happy to say that I got my money's worth and that JW met all of my expectations.

Although the true test will come within 60 days as the wet weather really sets in, but so far I'm very impressed with how good the work was and how good our wall looks. Now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that everything stays dry through the winter!
There was some time in the middle of the process where communication and follow up was not as forthcoming as we hoped...attention to problems and completion of the job was delayed about two weeks until salesperson Larry picked up the ball. After that, the job was completed quickly and problems were corrected; two people working on the completion and corrections was appreciated for experience and expertise. I will say that all personnel associated with this job were friendly and courteous.
I'm happy with the result (and Neil Kelly was an excellent choice for the wall and window installation), but I haven't given perfect scores because of the time the job took and the fact that I often didn't know, sometimes for weeks, when the work would resume.
Silva Management is satisfied with the work done. The only complaint that we have is that both the estimator and the installation crew were over a half hour late and didn't even bother to call and let us know. We are a busy office and don't have time to wait around this may prevent us from using John's Waterproofing again. Thank you for the work done!
I wish I had gone with John's Waterproofing in the first place, the old saying live and learn. It took less time for John's Waterproofing to do a more through, complete job, than the previous company. Dennis gave me a better understanding of my situation under my house. The workmen found a main water line leak and called a plummer for me. Thank you for the expert service.
Thank you so much for a great product! We now have a peace of mind when it is pouring down rain outside.
The first rains will prove that everything is working correctly but I am happy with the work and confident if there were any issues that the company would make it correct.

When Jace came to our home to give us a bid, I felt that he was very knowledgeable. He got our estimate to us quickly, with options that we ended up using. Delphino's crew did a great job. He consulted me on the time that worked best for our schedule for the 2 day job. They were very considerate during their time in our home.
I have now had experience with 3 companies. They were all good but John's is better.
John's Waterproofing may not be the cheapest bid but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for! Once again I would highly recommend them.
