Basement Finishing & Remodeling in Silverton, OR

Waterproofing your basement prevents outside water from coming in but what if a pipe bursts or the water heater leaks inside the home. A newly finished basement done by your average contractor will mold and rot if there is an internal leak. You'll have to tear out your new basement! We fix this issue.

Our Products Include :
  • Waterproof, washable, insulated walls
  • Mold-Resistant, No-Sag suspended ceiling
  • Modular carpet, tile & faux wood flooring

  • Energy-efficient, double-paned basement windows
  • Attractive Sunhouse basement window wells
  • French, bifold, louvre & six-paneled steel doors
Unlike the average Silverton contractor we use completely inorganic, waterproof materials. Even if the basement floods your walls and floors will not be damaged by the water. These waterproof products are patented and are built to create an attractive finished basement that lasts a lifetime.

Job Stories From Silverton, OR
Construction Encapsulation; Silverton, OR

The customer is a contractor that was working on a client home, and they needed a partial encapsulation. They had a daylight basement with a crawl space behind the wall for the basement.

We set out an appointment as soon as possible so that the client could move into the home sooner rather than later. We installed the basics of encapsulation, the TerraBlock first, and then over that we laid down the 20 mil CleanSpace to seal the water in the soil. In the basement, they had the SaniDry XP hooked up. To help alleviate the humidity levels, and to eliminate any of the musty smells that may be emitting from the crawl space.

Leaving the contractor and their client with peace of mind knowing that the crawl space will stay dry. ANd that any odd odors and mold will not be a problem anymore.

Water Intrusion in Silverton, OR Basement

This homeowner was experiencing water intrusion in their basement, which leads to loss of space that would otherwise be available for usage. After inspection, our inspector, Carolann, suggested installing a SuperSump pump, WaterGuard drain system, and ThermalDry wall system.

Gordon and his team quickly set to work to waterproof Glenn's basement and prevent any further water intrusion. The team installed our patented WaterGuard drain system which collects water from basement walls to the SuperSump pump which pumps the water out of the basement. The team also installed our ThermalDry wall system, which is compatible with the WaterGuard system and serves to drain wall seepage into the drain. ThermalDry wall system also improves comfort and energy efficiency by reflecting heat back into the basement space.

After our systems were in place, Glenn no longer experiences water intrusion. The ThermalDry system provides extra insulation, and WaterGuard keeps his basement dry and healthy.

There has been drainage problems in the backyard and in the crawl space. When I checked under the house, there was some standing water. I am concerned with how long and how often this has been happening and would like to look into how to make sure this stops happening.

I'd like to see how much it would be to get the encapsulation treatment done to both my crawl space and attic. My house is only two years old so I don't think there is any water or heat loss issues. I just like how clean it looks from what I saw on the television advertisement.

There is a giant wet area in the middle of my daughters bedroom in our basement and yet it doesn't appear to be coming from the ceiling or any walls. It is just a big wet spot in the center of her carpet.

We have a basement that we would like to have an estimate to seal and possibly finish
Vicinity of Drift Creek Rd NE in Silverton
I have a two story shop building on a cement foundation with a four foot high cement wall on two sides. One of the walls is leaking and I'm having some flooding (approximately an inch or two deep) when there is heavy rain. The building is 24 years old. I think the cement walls may need a coating of tar, or a waterproofing material. It looks as if the tar that was originally put on is failing. Someone also suggested that I may need a French drain around the outside perimeter of the building, however I would think that some type of foundation drain would have been put in when we had the building built. Can you help?

Vicinity of Hobart Rd in Silverton
Foul smell under the house that permeates the first floor when it rains. Mold and mildew in the crawl space. There is a sump pump, but the underneath of the house is still very and I doubt up to code. Thank you.
Vicinity of Mill Street in Silverton
Our basement has flooded slightly the last two years in a row, both in Novemeber and only one occasion each. The flooding occurs at the lowest point of the basement and works it's way up accross the floor. If we didn't have an in ground sump pumping into the sewer line for the washer, there would end up being about an inch or two of water filing up the basement before it subsided. The water is from hydro static pressure, it is very clean. There are no leaks in the basement walls, it comes up from the floor. We need to know what needs to be done to fix this either inside or out and how much your company will charge to fix it.
