Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawlspace was not easily accessible, to make it easily inspected our crew dug out the entrance, safely cut the concrete and added in a Turtl Crawlspace doorway.

This homes old vapor barrier had not been properly sealed, allowing high humidity levels to pernitrate the crawlspace. This lead to drooping fiberglass insulation. Over the years this added a debris build up on the barrier that left the crawlspace ill-protected. To keep this issue from happening again, we installed a full Crawlspace Encapsulation. 

This homeowner hadn't thought much about their crawlspace. However when their neighbors showed off their newly encapsulated crawlspace, these homeowners were anxious to have their crawlspace addressed. 

This homes crawlspace has had a very present water issue which has caused most of the homes wooden posts to rot. We replaced these with SmartJacks and protected this home against future flooding with a full encapsulation.
