You did a job for us in April of this year. Your estimator was a very nice guy who showed us clearly what needed to be done. Your workmen who did the job were very pleasant and professional. But frankly, until this week we had no idea as to what kind of job you did. This week, the homeowners association had a Pest Inspector go into each subbasement. After examining our subbasement he commented on the excellent job your workmen had done. A representative of the homeowners association heard the praise and asked for your contact info so they could put it on some kind of recommended contractor list.... Good for you and thanks for doing a good job.! A suggestion, after doing the work it would have been nice if you had given us a photo of what you had done, so we would not have waited this long to realize that you had done an excellent job. What did you think of our representative and presentation? Excellent and clean and thorough. The crew came in and sealed and enclosed my crawlspace. Other than some small pieces of styrofoam in my yard it went very well. I'd highly recommend them. 

I could not be more pleased with the water abatement work in our crawl space that included significant drainage work and installation of a Triple Safe sump pump. I would not hesitate to use them for any future work.  Our salesman was very responsive and informative. he took the time to answer questions and provide advice.  When the crew arrived they were incredibly hard working. The team lead went out of his way to provide post-installation photos, which I had requested. They left the site as clean or cleaner than before the installation. That was no easy task given the excess amount of backfill rock that remained in the driveway.  John's Waterproofing was recommended by the real estate agent that has assisted us with two home purchases and the entire process was outstanding! 

He did good work, very thorough inspection, and knowledgeable. 

Lisa in the front office was great at working with our schedule for the inspection and following up and confirming. Jack our inspector was very thorough and took care of exactly what we were trying to accomplish.  While the crew was there they did an excellent job of communicating exactly what they were doing. What they expected to accomplish each day and when they left they explained what was scheduled for the following day. We had a couple of areas where we needed to make some minor changes on account of a noise problem in the crawlspace. We discussed a couple of solutions and picked what we felt would work bast.  The crew did a full clean up each day. Plastic down on all of the walkways and carpet. No clean up at all on our part. Five starts across the board, I would definetely hire them again. 

Your representative Marcus did not discover any water in our crawl space as previously reported by a contractor at our house. I appreciate and congratulate your company on having an honest and capable representative. If I ever have a need for waterproofing services, I will hire your company.

Sealed crawlspace with a CleanSpace Encapsulation system after cleaning out the old vapor retarder and sealing all crawlspace vents. Installed sump pump and dehumidifier in crawl space and insulated the interior of the crawlspace walls with sprayed polyurethane foam.

Wanted to give a big shout out to John's! You did my crawlspace in 2019 and have done annual service on it each year. And when the ice hit, my neighbors had breaking pipes under their homes, but mine are still in great condition. That encapsulation works! 

After some research, we called Johns Waterproofing for an estimate. When Jakob Bilyeu came he went into the crawl space, took pictures, explaining each situation and showed where mice were coming in (yikes). Jakob is knowledgeable with the whole process flow which helped seal the deal. Forward nine months and we're ready for the anniversary inspection. Past winters were very cold in the house especially in the bedroom. Since the encapsulation, it's not been as cold and we haven't had to turn up the heat as much. And no smell and no more mice from the crawl space. Installers were VERY mindful of our furniture and tried to minimize dust and dirt; cleaned up daily so we could use the space in the evenings; friendly crew who explained every day what part of the project they were on. The whole experience made me very comfortable recommending Jakob and Johns Waterproofing Company.

I wanted you to know how much I appreciated the fine work you guys did on the waterproofing work that was done in our house in October of 2013. We have already reaped rewards health wise from having this done. Years before your workers came out to do the job, I was experiencing a lot of chest congestion and as time went by, it got progressively worse to the point the doctor prescribed me an inhaler to use to keep my lungs free enough to breath easier. It got so bad the doctor ended up prescribing me a second inhaler to use along with the first one. At the same time, I noticed a strange smell throughout the house combined with the smell of mold and mildew. It's been a year and a half since we had the work done and I am now free from using either inhaler as I can breath free and clear now including not suffering from congestion due to colds this past two winters. Both Wayne and I feel much better all around. thanks for a job well done.

The encapsulation and basement system was crafted to fit our home, and it brightens the space, is easy to maintain, and makes a big difference!

Just a note to say that our installers did a great job on installing my sump pump on the 26th of August. They worked hard for 12 hours and when done, cleaned up everything well!
