Chewed on Vapor Barrier and Falling Insulation - Portland, OR

This homes crawlspace had falling insulation and the old vapor barrier was chewed through.  To properly insulate and deter critters from entering this space,  the homeowners opted to have a full crawlspace encapsulation.
