This wall here is pretty straight forward and fortunately for us it is also the low point where the sump pump will go.
Pipes running through basement walls are pretty common place in our line of work.
Each piece was measured and cut to perfectly frame the fireplace.
Bright wall panels finish the space neatly and create a wonderful base to complete the basement living area.
Our teams work in exact measurements custom fit to the house in order to ensure that we are making the best possible systems for our homeowners.
Our team cut and worked around the build in piping to create a seamless waterproof wall.
Our Brightwall panels are thin and flexible so the crew was able to slide them behind these pipes running along the wall. This enabled them to create waterproof walls that look great and keep water out.

Challenge

This basement had some very definite water leaks and was in need of our Waterguard system, but built in features and odd shapes had the crew problem solving to figure out how to most effectively build the system.

Solution

Our team was able to measure and cut precise pieces to work around the fireplace, wall pipes and unique shapes of the room. Once the Waterguard system was installed our team finished the job with Brightwall Panels to give it a finished and functional look for the homeowner.
