Ashley has extensive work experience in customer service and is happy to have joined our team. Her cheery demeanor makes her a delight on the phone. She began working for John's as a service schedule coordinator, and her organized manner and polite disposition led to her becoming a production coordinator. In this position, she spends her day calling up homeowners to help them schedule their repair plans, ensuring all aspects occur in accordance to their needs. She enjoys getting to chat with homeowners and ensuring their systems are completed properly.
