Diana V.

Diana is a valuable asset to our team. When first joining our team she worked as a receptionist. In this position her calm and kind demeanor made her a wonderful introduction to customers. Her ability to communicate clearly and direct phone calls kept the machine here at John's Waterproofing running. Diana showed a big interest in the marketing side of things. She has years of photography experience and could articulate clearly with customers about what we do at John's. Because of this she has since moved into the marketing department as a marketing representative. Her personable style makes her valuable to homeowners when she does site visits and works at home shows. Diana also heads the companies YouTube page, utilizing her skilled eye to show off and highlight the amazing work done here at John's. 

In her free time, Diana enjoys being at home with her cats and her friends. She also enjoys cooking and enjoys how beautiful it is here in the PNW.
