WATER ISSUES DONT STOP WHEN THE RAIN STOPS

So as you can probably guess, we slow down in the warm summer months. Normally rain brings the problems in a basement and crawlspace to the home owners attention. When it is slower like this we have the time to go out and meet home owners to give them information and raise awareness about the unhealthy conditions that could be present under their home. 

*Little known fact- Mold and moisture issues are often worse in the summer than they are in the winter. Summer months bring warm humid muggy air into your crawlspace through open vents and provides an ideal temperature and environment for mold growth.
