WATER ISSUES DON'T JUST 'GO AWAY'

Over the last three years, we have had a customer out in Donald OR that would schedule an appointment every year and would cancel the same appointment because the water issue resolved itself. It was not so much that the water issue resolved itself. Water issues do not resolve themselves, they just become less apparent to the naked eye. Year after year we receive this call and each year the appointment is canceled. One trend that continues to occur though is that they hold the appointment for longer each year. This is because each and every year the problem gets worse and worse when the rains come and it takes longer to dissipate. This last year the problem did not go away. It just continued, it stayed wet and most and this year our homeowner kept their appointment and they ended up needing to do a full upgrade on their system to accommodate the worsened state of their water issue.
