They say that April showers bring May flowers. But it could be that those showers may also be bringing some unwanted attention to your sump pump. With the extra water, soaking into the soil, it intrudes into the crawl space or basement. Leading to your sump pump, which may lead to the pump overworking from trying to get it out. When this occurs, it's not filtering the water out of the discharge line correctly with the possible chance of causing buildups. This can also lead to flooding of the sump pump, possibly causing water damage to your crawl space or basement. Creating more problems than you were ever hoping for this Spring. And with how busy folks are, with home projects that have built up over winter, calling your service tech is definitely something to put on the top of your Spring-Cleaning list. Not only is doing this beneficial for your convenience, but it’s also a great preventative measure. Not to mention that it’s always good to know that the products you expect to be working, are doing just that. Giving you the reassurance that you won't have to worry about anything bad happening and giving you more time to work on the important projects at hand.
