A SAFE AND FUN HOLIDAY WEEKEND

CELEBRATING THE FOURTH OF JULY

In July of 1776, the Declaration of Independence was put in place, declaring that the colonies in the United States would become independent states and no longer operate under British rule. While the holiday is intertwined with images of fireworks and patriotic colors, it is truly a day to commemorate the right Americans have to pursue independence.

On this day, there is an abundance of ways to celebrate. Many will gather with strangers at a parade, rodeo, or firework show. Others shall host a barbeque or join friends for fireworks, and some will stay at home relaxing on the couch with pets. However you choose to mark the holiday, we as a nation, celebrate all that the United States has been through, and all it has left to achieve. We can let our true patriotism shine through, celebrating what our flag stands for; red for hardiness and valor, white for purity and innocence, and blue for vigilance, perseverance, and justice.

"Patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it."

-Mark Twain

As a local company, our employees top fourth of July Choices include Fireworks at the Oregon Garden, The Mt Angel 4th of July Parade, and the St. Paul 4th of July Rodeo. If you choose to do your own fireworks, please check local regulations to keep things safe, and remember to care for your pets in advance.

In honor of the holiday, our facility will be closed Monday, July 4th. We will resume regular hours on July 5th.
