Odd odors were wafting up into the home. After having the rodent issue addressed in the space, they wanted to know critters wouldn't be coming back, so they called up John's Waterproofing for an encapsulation. An encapsulation includes a CleanSpace vapor barrier, which is 20 Mil thick with woven fibers, deterring critters from chewing through. It also includes insulation with Spray foam along the walls, which air seals, making it so new space is left for a critter to enter.
