Photo Album: Damp Environment in the Crawl Space - Saint Helens, OR

This homes crawl space would stay damp almost all of the time. They had an older sump system in place, but it would flood and clog. The old vapor barrier was in disrepair, and damp spots were evident on the homes subfloor. We went in and installed a full encapsulation to keep the space set up to be a dry and healthy environment from here on out.
