We had quotes from three different company’s that offer basement and crawl space cleanup and sealing from outdoor moisture. Rod was first and gave us a very detailed explanation of the whole procedure. His expertise was obvious to us. We used his observations and recommendations for comparison to the other bidders. So happy we chose John’s first because it enabled us to have an informed discussion with the also rans. All quotes were within 10% and John’s was the middle quote. Another satisfied customer.
