Foundation Repair Photo Album: Enlargement of Concrete Step - Salem, OR
The owner of this home wanted a larger concrete front entrance step into her home. She called John's to come take a look. Our Design Specialist arrived, and saw that the original concrete step was very small, and could be easily expanded. The enlargement of the step would not only be more aesthetically pleasing, but also safer to use. He explained to the homeowner that John's has several concrete experts who would love to complete this job for her, and that we could do it in a timely manner. She was thrilled to hear this, so we got her on our schedule. When our crew arrived, they started by building the wooden concrete forms, and placing rebar around the small existing step. After the forms were built, we poured the fresh concrete slab, and then gave it a beautiful broom finish! After the concrete dried, we removed the wooden forms, and revealed the newly enlarged front entrance step. This homeowner is very pleased to have a larger and safer entrance into her home, made of durable concrete installed by the experts here at John's!
