Tight Crawlspace Smells like Mold in Vancouver, WA

This homes crawlspace smelled like mold and was to tight for the homeowner to inspect on their own. We sent out a Design Specialist who found the crawlspace to have high humidity content, and the old fiberglass had mold spores growing within it.
