The homeowners smelled something odd coming from under their home. Upon inspection, they saw mud and water mold on their old vapor barrier. They called up John's Waterproofing for the top notch system: Crawlspace Encapsulation. We arrived and cleared out the crawlspace and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, TerraBlock insulation along the dirt floor, CleanSpace 20 Mil vapor barrier, Spray Foam insulation along the foundation walls, new vent covers and a SaniDry dehumidifier.
