This basement had cracks on the foundation walls, to address this issue we used Dry Trak to fill and seal the cracks. A WaterGuard drainage system was installed to collect water from the parameter and grade it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Along the walls we installed CleanSpace to provide waterproofing to the walls. 

This homes basement had a drain system installed. However it only cut through the middle of the room and went to one drain. When heavy rains hit, this drain would overflow from the excess water and water mold was growing on the floor. To keep up with the water and the mold issues, we installed a WaterGuard drain system around the perimeter of the room with a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry dehumidifier, and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier. 

When installing a basement waterproofing system, we want to ensure that homeowners get to still use the space however they want while keeping it dry. Therefore, after we have installed our basement drainage system we make sure to cover over top with concrete. For this homeowner, they noticed water seeping through the foundation near their fireplace and wanted the issue fixed. To do so, we needed to install a WaterGuard drainage pipe along the interior perimeter of the basement to collect any water intrusion and send it to a TripleSafe sump pump to be pushed out. Due to the size of the space, we also needed to install a leech line directly through the middle of the basement so that all aspects of the space were waterproofed. Once the system is fully installed, then we cover over top of it with concrete so that it is a flat surface and a discreet system. Now, the homeowners won't have to worry about water seeping into their basement and it goes unnoticeable.

This crawlspace had standing water throughout the whole space, making it a muddy mess. We came in and dried it out and installed CleanSpace, a smartsump sump pump, a sanidry dehumidifier and added spray foam insulation for added energy efficiency. This homeowner will now have a dry crawlspace while saving money on energy costs for years to come.

This wet and musty basement was unfinished. The homeowners wanted to use this space for storage but didn't want to worry about water damage, so they got their basement waterproofed.
