TerraBlock is a 3/4 inch thick foam that is cut to perfectly fit each individual crawl space and create a barrier from the outside. This reduces heat loss by keeping the crawl space around the same temperature year round and the heating/cooling systems don't have to work as hard to keep up. This homes interior doorways were no longer closing smoothly, and the floor had a slight bounce to it. The homeowners called up John's Waterproofing to get some help. To solve the issue we replaced the damaged wooden posts with SmartJacks. The home is lifted to the correct height. CleanSpace is installed over the footing, and a SmartJack is inserted, and secured into place. Once the homes weight is on the stable SmartJack the lift is removed.
