When moisture is a constant issue in the crawl space, this can lead to a plethora of issues. For this home it meant that the old fiberglass insulation was water logged and drooping from the HVAC systems. There was also a significant amount of debris that had been caked over the old vapor barrier, and a few wooden posts were damp, but not quite yet irreparable. To get the space healthy we would install a full waterproofing system. We installed a interior perimeter drain system which would collect groundwater and channel it to a newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. From here the water is discharged away from the home. TerraBlock insulation was than laid over the dirt floor and CleanSpace wrapped over it. CleanSpace is a 20 Mil vapor barrier with a woven fiber through it which helps to make it more durable and helps it to protect your home.
This basements walls were leaking water everywhere! And this home owner wanted to finish his basement, so we came out and installed a WaterGuard perimeter drain system and our thermal dry wall system. The Thermal dry will act as a vapor barrier as well as insulation. It will channel any incoming water from high up into our WaterGuard system making sure it won’t get on the basement floor. It is made out of inorganic material meaning no organic substance such as fungus, mildew or mild can grow on it. This basement is now waterproof and ready to be finished!
This homes crawlspace dirt floor was moist to the touch, and mold spores were creeping up some of the wood. To address the issue we installed a full encapsulation system to keep this space dry and healthy.
This homeowner was struggling with water in her basement. She even had to remove portions of her wall due to moisture. Our crew came in and installed our patented Waterguard system before finishing the space with these beautiful Zen Wall panels. Now she will never have to worry about water or mold issues in her basement again, and will have a great finished guest bedroom.
This home had it's basement finished, however it had not been waterproofed. As the years went by, they began to notice that they had water issues seeping through, they removed portions of their walls to find the issue and discovered their fiberglass insulation was absorbing all of the water from the foundation walls and now needed their waterproofing problem to be fixed. Our crew removed all of the old damaged work, added in a WaterGuard system with a TripleSafe Sump pump and installed our ThermalDry Wall System.
