This homeowner had noticed a rushing water noise under their home, upon inspection they discovered a small stream of water had forged a path. There was mold growing on the wooden posts and beams. They called up John's Waterproofing for a solution to their problem. We cleaned out the crawlspace, applied MoldX as needed, and installed a full Crawlspace Encapsulation to keep this home dry and healthy from here on out.
This wet crawlspace had drooping old fiberglass insulation, and puddles of mud throughout. To transform this space into a dry and healthy space we installed an encapsulation system.
This homes crawl space had fiberglass falling from the sub-floor. The owners of the home were concerned about how this could lead to their homes heating and cooling costs going up, and were concerned that it could damage the sub-floor. To address the space fully they wanted to encapsulate. This would include insulation made to last within the crawl space. We would install TerraBlock along the dirt floor. This pairs with the spray foam insulation applied along the foundation walls. By insulating along the floor and walls we bring the entire crawl space into the homes envelope, keeping the heating and cooling costs down year after year.
This basement had a considerable amount of water coming in from one wall. We came in and helped install drainage, Thermaldry wall systems, and a Triplesafe sump pump.
These walls had water seeping through slowly in their garage. To address the issue we installed BrightWall to truly brighten the space and make it easy to clean. We also installed DryTrak along the baseboards to collect the wall moisture and divert it safely away from the home.
