This Crawlspace was full of water and mud when our crew started. But after our crew worked hard for hours in what most people would consider harsh conditions, drying out the crawlspace, cleaning it, encapsulating, installing sump pumps and a dehumidifier, hanging back up fallen ducts and insulation and then cleaning up again, they were finally able to make this Clackamas Crawlspace clean and dry!
Seasonal Rains have left this crawlspace a mess. The old fiberglass insulation was water logged and in pieces. The old vapor barrier was pulled up in places and pushed around.
This homeowner was dealing with a plumbing leak that ended up ruining one of their basement walls. They wanted to fix the space where water had seeped through and reached out to John's Waterproofing about our basement finishing contractors. We informed the homeowner that our finishing department would be able to install drywall the walls and make them look brand new. Our crew went out and removed the damaged sections, including replacing damaged framing that was present. We then installed paint ready drywall. Now, the basement walls are finished and the homeowner gets to enjoy the space once again.
This basement was leaking water so we came in to install our waterproofing system, which included a SuperSump sump pump system. Our crew dug a hole in the basement and inserted the pump into the hole. Keeping the water out of this basement for years to come.
This crawlspace had dirt encased throughout and cobwebs. To address this we cleaned up the space and did a full crawlspace encapsulation.
