This homes crawl space was tall and the owners liked to use it for long term storage. After using the space for a few years they decided to check how things were holding up, only to discover it was nasty under their home. The vapor barrier was caked in mud and the space smelled foul. They called up John's Waterproofing after reading up about encapsulation, eager to learn how this could benefit their crawl space and make it healthy for them to continue using for a storage space. From our system fully sealing the space against outside elements, the 20 mil thick woven vapor barrier that is backed by a 25 year warranty against rips and tears, to the dehumidifier that will protect the space from excess moisture in the air, the owners were sold! With the work all done, they can now happily enjoy and dry and healthy crawl space, made perfectly to ensure they can use the space for storage, and beneficially their home can be healthier.

This DIY sump pump couldnt keep up with the water in the crawlspace. The dirt floor was constantly wet and water was seeping through the porous concrete walls. To make this space healthy we installed a TripleSafe sump pump, a CleanSpace vapor barrier, and spray foam where needed.
This homes large crawlspace was being used for storage items. However the items were ending up a bit damp as the 6 Mil vapor barrier was getting pushed around when heavy rains hit, and the humidity levels in this space were high. To address these concerns, they called up John's Waterproofing and received their free inspection and estimate for a full encapsulation. They were excited for the accompanying benefits of encapsulation and moved forward!
