Our inspector Daniel recorded some issues he found in an Oregon crawlspace. Watch Video »
Customer had water collecting under kitchen
Water had been leaking in this home in a very deep area of the crawl space. A new SaniDry SuperSump was installed that will pump water out of the basement to help keep it dry.
The customer was having work done on the foundation when the contractors noticed water damage and mold growth along the foundation walls. The crawl space was then encapsulated and had a SaniDry Sedona installed to help regulate moisture buildup in the future.
The customer called due to having their crawl space being encapsulated by another company incorrectly. They had covered the entrance to the second half of the crawlspace. So we re-encapsulated and installed a SuperSump pump to filter out any intrusive water.
Property management called to have old vapor barrier replaced
During the winter season, the owners of the home noticed that there was more water seeping into their crawl space than any other time of the year. So we did a basic 6 mil vapor barrier installment with spray foam insulation.
Here is a larger crawlspace that was unusable due to moisture and mold. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier unit was installed with the CLeanSpace vapor barrier resulting in a clean, moisture free space that this customer can now use for years to come.
This crawl space in Beaverton, Oregon needed a new vapor barrier and had some mold issues. Our company was able to go out and do a full encapsulation using the woven, antimicrobial CleanSpace Material. We installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier which stops mold growth. And installed a SuperSump pump for continuous pumping even during a power outage. Crawl space will now sty clean, dry and energy-efficient.
Marilyn called in because she was about to put her home on the market and knew the vapor barrier in her crawl space needed to be replaced. Daniel gave her an estimate on replacing the vapor barrier but also on doing a full encapsulation and replacing her sump pump ensuring that there will be no water issues or damage for years.
This crawlspace was wet with a torn vapor barrier and was unsightly in addition to being a source of heat loss, and unhealthy air for the homeowners.
Our team encapsulated the crawlspace and installed our dehumidifier system to ensure water and moisture would never be and issue again.
This homeowner was experiencing bad odors coming from the crawlspace through the Stack Effect. We found evidence of rodent droppings and water intrusion in the crawlspace and installed our patented CleanSpace system. CleanSpace is an encapsulation system that guarantees to keep out all moisture, prevent mold and mildew growth and keep rodents and insects out.
Customer had inspector recommend us due to finding water in crawlspace
This homeowner called to tell us he wanted his crawlspace looked at because it is dirty. When he saw the photos of water in the crawlspace that our inspector showed him, he decided it was time to get it taken care of once and for all. Our team removed the water, the damaged vapor barrier, and the falling insulation. After getting the space clean we sealed the crawlspace with our patented Clean Space material and the home owner was amazed at the transformation.
This home looked amazing, but the crawlspace was a dark wet and unhealthy space. Our crews transformed the space into a beautiful and usable space.
Look at the difference the Cleanspace basement wall system makes in this basement. It's a moisture barrier that gives your basement a clean bright look!
