James Hitch, who performed this year's inspection of the sump pump, explained options for improving the crawl space conditions. His advice was reasonable and taken! Crew leader, Lupe & team, Luis, & Davi were courteous and efficient. They answered any questions I had & worked as a team and accomplished the project efficiently. They removed old debris from the space, including an old (heavy) well pressure tank which had been left in the crawlspace! Their attention to clean-up and loading up all the old materials was impressive. Thanks to each one of you for doing such a good job.

In 2017 we needed a sump pump installed & after checking ratings, chose John's Waterproofing. It was well-done and the annual follow up inspections have shown that it has worked well.
