Water Leaking into Large Crawlspace - Eugene, OR

The homeowners looked under their home and found water pooling on their old 6 Mil vapor barrier. There was mud and falling insulation throughout. The exterior entrance had a rotting wooden doorway. We replace the entrance with a new EverLast entryway. We then did a full encapsulation with a TripleSafe sump pump, TerraBlock insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Spray Foam insulation along the foundation walls, and SaniDry dehumidifier.
