Our crew of waterproofing experts took the crawl space of this home from a state of complete filth, and dramatically transformed into a beautiful, bright, dry, and clean area by professionally Encapsulating the space. A filthy crawl space is not only unsightly, it is also terribly dangerous to the health of the family living above it. This is because, nearly half of the air inside of every home, comes from the space beneath it. To begin this job, we first removed all of the original nasty debris from beneath the home, wiping the slate clean to allow us to install the components for this homes solution. Once the space was clean, we installed a SmartDrain system.  This collects water should a plumbing leak occur and alerts the owners of the issue.  Following this, we installed 2 layers of ground coverings to seal, insulate, and waterproof the floor and walls. These 2 layers, our TerraBlock, and 20 Mil CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, ensure that the space will remain dry and insulated, while creating a sturdy surface beneath the home. The SaniDry dehumidifier is bright in, which will both clean and filter the air, while maintaining a safe relative humidity, preventing the growth of mold or mildew Next, all original exterior crawl space vents were sealed, and the access door was replaced with an EverLast door. Lastly, the foundation walls inside the crawl space were insulated, using our closed-cell Spray Foam Insulation, which was sprayed on with careful precision, until every crevice and void was filled, and the encapsulation was at last sealed entirely. SprayFoam is the most effective insulator available, and is the only type of insulation that qualifies as an air, thermal, moisture, and vapor barrier - making it an excellent component in professional crawl space Encapsulation. The striking upgrade that our expert crew gave to this space, is truly jaw-dropping! The family living in this home can now live comfortably, knowing that the space beneath their feet is devoid of filth and toxic air, and is instead pristine, waterproofed, and sealed, providing them with healthier interior air.
