This crawlspace had water dripping off of the wooden beams and mold spores and fungus growing. The homeowners knew something needed to be done to make their home healthy. We had to install 61 SmartJacks to re-stabilize the home. We applied Mold X2 as needed and a full encapsulation to protect the home from any future water issues.
