Under the old vapor barrier was a dense clay/mud that was holding standing water during heavy rains
After - Encapsulation
The space has been cleaned up and is insulated with TerraBlock and Spray Foam with a CleanSpace vapor barrier encased throughout
Sump System
A full drain system has been installed with a TripleSafe sump pump to send the water well away from the homes foundation
