This homeowner was interested in having a whole home generator installed. They didn't want to have to worry about the inconvenience of a power outage or the costs that are associated with it. They loved how John's does the install from start to finish using the plumbing and electrical divisions, and were happy with how smooth the installation for the generator and the automatic transfer switch went. 

This homes electrical needed to be upgraded. Their old panel box was a mess of cords and the home had old wiring that was a fire hazard still present in a few rooms. To get the space updated and safe we redid the old wiring that was present and then upgraded and reorganized the panel. 

This homeowner had experienced power outages in the past due to extreme weather and wanted to find a solution to keep their entire home up and running no matter what. This is installed and connected to the homes by our in-house electricians. Our plumbing department even attaches it to the plumbing lines to be able to function every aspect of you home. When the power goes out, it is nice to be able to rely on having a generator. While this owner had been totting out a portable generator, they were ready for an upgrade. So they called up John's Waterproofing to learn about our Cummins whole home generators with the automatic transfer switch. Being able to enjoy the peace of mind that the system will turn on by itself if the power goes out was a big plus for them. So we scheduled their install and used our electrical and plumbing department to get the system up and running! 

This store needed to have their electrical meter moved from one side of the building to another. We sent out an electrician who reviewed the changes that the owners wanted made, and submitted the proposal for PGE to approve of. Once we had permission we got to work. The the new electrical meter was installed in the new location, hooking up all power aspects to the new meter. We then removed the old power pole as it would no longer be needed.
