Before the crew came out to fix the pump, our inspector took a before picture of the faulty pump place behind shelves. Note: if you do not have a proper drainage system try not to store things around the area water is coming in at to decrease the risk of your things getting wet and ruined.
Our crew had to cut deep into the floor to insert the TripleSafe Sump pump and cut wider to insert more drainage pipe. they have to direct the discharge line to dump the water far enough away from the home so it will not re-enter the basement. The gravel is added for water filtration and direction.
Here you can see where our crew re-poured the concrete around the pump so it would be even and smooth
Our crew had to dig down deep to place the sump in the right spot to collect the water so they inserted a culvert to place the sump in. The green cover ensures the safety of our customers by covering up the deep hole and then being bolted down.
Our team came out and fixed this customers faulty sump pump with a more effiecent triplesafe pump. The end result: a better working pump with a cleaner look.
