Customers were curious about the benefits of crawl space encapsulation
The homeowner was having an inspection done. The inspector suggested they get their crawlspace sealed due to the fiberglass insulation falling to bits.
This customer had a daylight basement that he was finally ready to use, but water would come through the basement cracks and be causing water damage to the existing walls that were in there. He wanted to redo the basement this coming summer but had seen our ad in the newspaper and knew he needed to get this water problem handled. Our crew installed our SuperSump sump pump that is a high-volume pumping system. It comes with a built-in alarm that will sound off if in an event water levels reach above the pumping capacity. It is an airtight lid so it is child safe and sits flush with the ground so you're not losing space. We also installed our ThermalDry Wall that works well with concrete basement walls to keep heat in and also drains the water down to the drainage system. Thanks to our fast working crew this homeowner was able to move plans up sooner than summer to start his basement remodel.
This homes crawlspace had humidity issues and a very muddy floor, which made keeping a 6 Mil vapor barrier in place, very difficult. To address the homes needs we did a full encapsulation.
This home had leaky basement walls that were causing an unhealthy and unusable space. Our team installed our patented Water Guard system, which is a perimeter drain that collects water from the leaking basement walls and channels the water to the sump pump to be drained out. We also installed our Bright Wall Paneling which transforms ugly, damp basement walls into bright, beautiful walls that never need paint or other maintenance. Bright Wall Panels work with our waterproofing system by directing wall seepage into the Water Guard drain system.
