This home's wet crawl space had caked-on mud, falling fiberglass insulation, and a nasty, musty smell emanating from it. To solve this issue we did a full encapsulation with a TripleSafe sump pump. TerraBlock crawlspace insulation, Spray Foam, CleanSpace vapor barrier, new Everlast Door, and vent covers, with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

This homeowner was looking to save money on their energy bills, and to help on this quest, they had a full crawlspace encapsulation completed. This will provide proper insulation to their crawlspace and comes backed by many product warranties to ensure this home stays dry and healthy. 

This homeowner had a good sized crawl space that was hillside under their home. They had never done much with this space since it was damp and musty. However, they heard that other people utilized this space for storage. With that thought in mind, they decided to do some research on how they could do that themselves. This homes basement kept flooring. The homeowners laid a vapor barrier over the floor to keep their storage boxes off of the water that would appear on the floor. The homeowners noted that the amount of water was getting worse, they would need a solution. They scheduled a free inspection with John's Waterproofing and we got to work. We installed a full interior perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and BrightWall wall system to ensure water was safely guided to the drain system to be dealt with.
