The SaniDry XP is a self-draining dehumidifier and removes up to 10x the moisture of a standard unit. It creates clean, dry air and reduces the risk of mold growth.

The Cleanspace wall system is used for basements and is designed to effectively act as a moisture and vapor barrier. It is inexpensive, waterproof, stain resistant, and easy to clean which means that it is basically maintenance free! It works by capturing wall seepage and leaks and directing that water to the Waterguard perimeter drain.

When we arrived, this homes crawlspace entrance was clogged with mud and very difficult to enter. To start work on this job, we dug out the entrance, safely cut into the foundation wall and created an entryway that would be user friendly with our Turtl entryway. 

This crawlspace was a barrage of pipes and vents and wires all residing in a wet and swampy mess. Our team went in and installed a full perimeter drain, a dehumidifier and full encapsulated the space under the home. This sealed space now promotes better air quality and improved energy efficiency for the homeowners. 

This crawlspace in Philomath was dark, wet and unusable but had plenty of potential. Our team removed the water, added a sump pump, dehumidifier, and our patented CleanSpace Encapsulation system. Now the homeowner has plenty of space and room to store their camping and outdoor gear.
